Aside

As I sit here at 5 am sipping my coffee, knowing I’m not going to the gym, I start to think about my commitment to a healthy lifestyle, and how much it really entails. I just have lost a lot of motivation to hit the gym high-energy everyday with a detailed plan of every weight and rep I’ll do. I’m trying to be more relaxed, still putting out quite a bit of effort, but winging it in terms of what exercises I feel like doing. Maybe the yoga is to blame, since it’s always in the back of my mind as something that’s still ok if I miss the gym?  I’m not really sure what the whole point of this post is haha, just feel like maybe a lot of people feel this way at some point!
